Prohibited Trading Strategies at Leveled up traders
Abusing our platform with strategies that do not reflect real market conditions is strictly prohibited and will immediately breach our Terms of Service. Specifically, generating consistent, risk-free profits in Challenge Accounts is forbidden. Traders must manage Challenge Accounts with the same professionalism as personal accounts.
Consequences of Exploitation:
Any manipulative strategies in the Challenge or funded phase will lead to account termination. Any profits will be forfeited.
Using Account Management or Copy Trading services results in account closure and a permanent ban from all Leveled Up Traders services.
Example Strategies Violating Our Terms:
High-Frequency Trading (HFT): Uses algorithms for rapid trades to exploit small market movements, potentially distorting market dynamics.
Latency Trading: Exploits delayed market data for profit, which is unethical and disrupts market fairness.
Copy Trading From Others: Allowed only if copying from accounts owned by the same individual. Copying from accounts of others (relatives, friends) is not permitted.
Hedging: Permitted within one account but not across multiple accounts.
Allowed Example: BUY 1 lot XAUUSD on Account A, SELL 1 lot XAUUSD on Account A.
Prohibited Example: BUY 1 lot XAUUSD on Account A, SELL 1 lot XAUUSD on Account B.
Multiple Account Hedging: Using different accounts for opposite trades on the same/similar asset to minimize risk, which is not allowed.
Tick Scalping: Profiting from minimal price changes with high trade volume, restricted to maintain market integrity.
Grid Trading: Setting orders at various price levels to profit from market swings, not based on trends or analysis.
Reverse Arbitrage Trading: Manipulating asset prices across exchanges to create artificial price discrepancies for profit.
Group Trading: Multiple accounts taking identical trades, showing similar entries, times, and amounts.
Group Hedging: Coordinated buying and selling on different accounts to ensure profit regardless of market movement, leading to account termination.
Account Management: Using services or others to trade your account is not allowed; only the account owner should trade.
