Can you use a VPN on our accounts?

As per our Terms and Conditions, traders participating in our funded programs must be the only users of their accounts.

If you choose to use a VPN or VPS, please ensure you are adhering to our Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, not allowing multiple users to trade on your account and refraining from using any type of EA (for non-Royal Accounts) or automated trading systems.

Therefore, in order to to ensure accurate tracking of data through our internal systems. we strongly discourage accessing trading accounts through a VPN or VPS

This is standard practice for services that do not permit multiple users per account.

To clarify, this does not mean that VPNs or VPSs are prohibited. However, if any suspicious activity is detected on your account, the use of a VPN or VPS will be a key factor in determining whether you have violated our terms.

Using a VPS or VPN During KYC/AML Verification

For security reasons and to protect customer data, we require that verification information be collected accurately and securely. Therefore, we ask that customers avoid using a VPN or VPS when completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification process.

Using a VPN or VPS during this process may prevent your account from becoming funded, or result in the disabling or breach of an already funded account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask that you follow these guidelines when completing the KYC/AML verification.

Additionally, please be aware that connecting to a VPN or VPS during the KYC/AML verification process is prohibited. If discovered, your account may not be funded or could be disabled or compromised.
